Selected work
Evidence before claims.
These stories focus on what was getting in the way, what changed, and what the client owns now. Tools matter, but they come second.
Quality Termite & Pest Control / Operations
A right-sized operating system for real field work.
What was getting in the way
A small, owner-operated pest-control company was paying for an industry platform that did not match the way its quarterly service cycle actually worked.
What changed
McTech replaced that platform with a custom 16-table Airtable operating system supporting customers, contracts, appointments, completed work, invoices, services, schedules, leads, and related operations.
What the client owns now
A system shaped around the company's real service cycle, with McTech continuing to support administration, integrations, automation, and reporting.
The client name and general scope are approved. Final public savings language remains under verification and is intentionally omitted here.
Grace Christian School / Technology foundation
One connected foundation for a growing school.
What changed
McTech designed and installed the facility network and camera system, advised the school on hardware purchases, established its Microsoft tenant, and created its website.
Why the scope matters
The engagement connected physical infrastructure, security visibility, device planning, cloud administration, and the school's public web presence instead of treating each as an unrelated purchase.
Publication boundary
Names and verified scope are included. Security-sensitive details, facility layouts, camera locations, screenshots, and unverified outcome claims are not.
